Our Philosophy
True Southern Smoke BBQ’s philosophy is, “If you’re not cooking with smoke, you’re just baking.” True Southern Smoke specializes in smoking all foods. There’s a complete difference between BBQing and smoking. You bbq hotdogs and hamburgers, but briskets, pull pork, ribs, whole hogs, whole chicken are designed to be smoked. Modern technology can lead you to a newer, fancy gas grills and smokers, but True Southerners knows to get that True, Deep Down South flavor, you are going to have to use a real stick burner. Our flavor is created with various woods to create the heavy smoke flavor from hickory, mesquite, pecan, oak, white oak and cherry woods. We are completely separated from our competitors because of the deep smoke flavor.
